HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our operations in Denmark, located in Køge and Hårlev and that likes to work closely with the business. As an HR Generalist, you will be the first point of contact for both managers and co-workers, providing professional service and advice with high integrity. You will be part of the Group HR team, implementing and integrating common HR processes efficiently and as a person you thrive on juggling multiple tasks while keeping the big picture in mind and diving into details when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Manage daily HR operations and provide first-line support to leaders and co-workers.
- Payroll/Time Management: Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Labor Law and Compliance: Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management and the work environment.
- Company Culture and Values: Work actively with creating a company culture that promote behavior that
- Facilitate and Support HR Activities: Recruitment, Onboarding-Offboarding, Performance and Development Reviews, Salary Review, Organizational and Competence Review, Employee Engagement Survey, Work with Diversity and Inclusion etc.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure effective implementation and interpretation of HR policies, directives, and processes.
- Leadership Development: Assist in leadership development activities and training programs.
- Guidance and Support: Provide guidance in decision-making and problem-solving on HR and organizational matters.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle all necessary administration related to HR tasks, including supporting time reports, payroll, employee contracts, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of Danish labor law and work environment regulations.
- Fluent in Danish and English (Swedish is an additional merit).
- Change management
- Experience with payroll management (Danish) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
