Magle Group is growing and we are looking for a Project Manager who is ready for a new challenge and who wants to be part of a small but dynamic project team.

Magle Group is supporting other Life Science Companies by providing CDMO services as well developing and manufacturing our own products with DSM technology.

In this role, you’ll oversee projects across our sites in Malmö, Lund, and Denmark, focusing on both internal product development and client projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful projects that support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple sites (Malmö, Lund, and Denmark) to ensure seamless project execution.

• Oversee both internal product development projects and customer-driven development and manufacturing projects.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.

• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks to keep deliverables on track and aligned with company objectives.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards, especially for medical device and GMP projects.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, status reports, and risk assessments.

• Drive continuous improvement within the project management process, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines in our active markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project leader.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and externally with our customers

Meriting:

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Devices Class II and Class III, or CDMO industry.

• Experience of regulatory standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP)

• Strong background in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean)

• Proven experience managing multi-site projects across different countries or regions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in client-facing roles.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

• Fluency in English and Swedish, knowledge of Danish is a plus
