About the Position
In the role of Customer Service & Logistics Manager, you will become part of the Commercial organization and play a key role in managing customer relationships and ensuring reliable order fulfillment.
You will act as the primary point of contact for customers on all order- and logistics-related matters while ensuring close coordination between customers, production, and warehouse operations.
The position is primarily focused on customer service and order management in our planning systems, and also includes responsibility for the warehouse team (2 employees) and requires a structured, service-oriented mindset combined with strong cross-functional communication skills in a regulated life science environment.
As we are located in both Køge and Hårlev, you will be expected to be present at both sites regularly.

- Maintain accurate forecasting and predicted sales data in Business Central, including planning of orders that are not yet confirmed POs
- Take the lead in consolidating our planning workflows from Visma, Business Central, and Excel-based tools into a single Business Central environment, and drive adoption of the new ways of working across the team
- Act as the primary customer contact for order follow-up, delivery status, logistics questions, and new customer onboarding
- Lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring accurate shipping, inventory handling, and compliance with internal procedures
- Coordinate closely with production planning and warehouse operations to ensure that supply, production schedules, and delivery dates align with customer demand
- Ensure visibility and control of the supply chain, proactively identifying risks related to capacity, lead times, or logistics
- Escalate any delivery delays, production issues, or customer-related risks to the Commercial Director in a timely and structured manner
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service, logistics processes, and cross-functional collaboration
We Imagine That You

- Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system; experience with Visma is a plus
- Have experience driving an ERP transition or system consolidation, ideally as a change lead, and are comfortable working with forecasting and sales planning data
- Work in a structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven manner
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
- Are comfortable managing multiple priorities and escalating issues when required
- Speak and write English fluently (knowledge of Danish is an advantage)
