Why did you decide to work at Magle?

I was searching for a place to do my master’s thesis, and I stumbled upon Magle. 

What is the best thing about working at Magle?

The community of my workplace is amazing. I feel at home with my colleagues and my manager. Many companies make you focus on a specific area, but at Magle you have the opportunity to try things out and be a part of everything. This means that working here never feels monotonous.

What is your best tip for someone who is new at Magle?

I was not very independent during my master’s thesis. It took a while until I dared take the initiative to do things on my own. If I could give myself a tip retroactively, it would be to take initiative and trust my intuition. Do not be afraid of failing or getting an undesirable result in your research. The research is done for a reason, and ”failing” is a natural part of the process. I also compared myself to others who had different levels of education and more work experience. Our differences are what makes us strong since our different knowledge and background lets us view and solve issues from different angles.
